Last night I met with my trainer again for my 6 week update. (Today is actually 7 weeks since I first met with Angie.) Angie was near tears a few times as we talked. According to the weigh in, I'm down 16 pounds. (The scale is an old bathroom scale. My home scale shows a 20 pound loss.) But, the other resulsts...(can I have a drum roll please?)
Body fat: Was 39.9% ------> 33.51%
Waist: Down 2 1/2 inches
Arm: Down 1 1/4 inch
Thigh: Down 1 1/4 inch
My strength (how much weight I could lift with my arms and legs) was nearly doubled.
