Bloggy Carnival Time!

Bloggy Giveaways Quarterly Carnival Button

Giveaway #1

Welcome! My name is Julie and I'm so glad you decided to drop by!
I know you are in a hurry. (Last time there were over 1000 contests, I believe!) So I won't keep you long. But let me introduce myself. I'm a 39 year old Christian wife and mother. I blog about my life as a full time working mom of three. The Mom 2 Ways refers to the way my family was built: by birth and adoption. (But you'll have to guess who joined us which way!) My blog is about me, my family, my life, my faith, my friends, fitness, and lessons I'm learning on the journey. I don't cook much, so you won't find many recipes. I'm not a "compensated endorser", but I'll tell you about products I like (or don't like). Sometimes I share jokes or inspirational stories. 5 years ago, my family moved from sunny central California to sunny New Mexico.

I just turned 39, and I have made a list of 40 things I want to accomplish before I turn 40.

So, what is the prize? And what do you have to do to win? Good questions!

Prize:
Mini DVD from NASCAR: Legendary Racing Moments
$10 BearBucks from Build-a-Bear

To enter: Visit my 4o Countdown page, and tell me something on the list that you want to do or have done. Or tell me something on your list.

Get an extra entry by adding my brand new button to your blog. (Leave an extra comment telling me you've done this.)

Open to US residents only. (Sorry!)

Keep watching! I will be adding more giveaways!

Check out all the other cool prizes at:

I have always wanted to write a children's book and I even kind of have an idea for one, but I have just never taken the time or brain-power to persue it. I wish you all the best in the challenges you have set before yourself.

Hi - I'm a Mom 2 Ways too!

I'd love to apply for a game show, though unfortunately it would be expensive to get to LA or NYC to appear on one.

I'd also love to write a children's book one day! Thanks for the contest.

I've read several novels. :) I love the idea of making a list of things to do. After the carnival, I think I will have to do that.

What a cool idea. I've done several of the items on your list. The one I haven't done, but I have recently thought about - singing karaoke.

I remember commenting here before because my name is Julie and I, too, am a mom 2 ways. How fun is that?

Hootyboosmom said...

I would love to sing Karoke also! I, too, turn 40 next year. I, too would also love to have an article published. But, I have yet to even start my own blog! Great giveaway - thanks for offering!
